Lease-End Car Inspection app (SGS)

Inspect your car and see what to fix before you turn in your inspection

The Challenge:

Create a brand new app for lessees to inspect their vehicle before turning it in at lease end and get an idea of what they should fix and how much they will owe.

The Process Part 1

Understand Phase:

Gathered requirements and steps for the inspection. Created user flows and conducted user testing to understand how someone would interact with the car during the inspection.

Prototyping:

Created clickable iOS and Android mobile prototypes.

Testing:

Participated in user testing to gather feedback on workflow and wireframes.

The Process part 2

Visuals:

Created high fidelity wireframes, incorporate visual designs, and generate clickable prototypes to iterate as we continued to test and deliver the product to the app store.

Development:

Worked with offshore development team daily to share user flows and screens. Included annotations on every single screen to understand the workflow.

Results:

Delivered a live product in the app store and google play store.
